Life has a whole lot of colours and sometimes there are the most comic of happenings and situations and our relatives and family often provide such situations. Yet amid this we realize what a blessing relatives are.

This could be said to be the crux of the book, “How it happened”, by Shazaf Fatima Haider, a member of the teaching staff of the Lyceum School, in an interactive dialogue on the book with Musharraf Farooqi, who himself is a celebrated writer who has authored a number of books. The book launch was held at the Lyceum School Sunday afternoon.

Haider described her uncles as lively and eccentric and traced the family history back to the ancestral town of Khujwan in India.
